假如你要練重量訓練ㄚ~那就比較不好唷!因為~練太久~會影響脊椎的伸展!
我還是覺得去運動就好ㄌ!比如:游泳、籃球、羽球~這些都不錯!但不要太過量唷!

但是你可以適當的鍛鍊
對身體很好 !!
這樣以後妳又鍛鍊時也會比較不會累
