我覺得可以也
以本魯的經驗來說
我第一次跑就直接挑戰全馬了
雖然當初大家都認為不可能
自己在時間上也沒特別去做什麼特訓就去跑了
但還是完成了
跑馬拉松其實除了挑戰體力和耐力
我覺得最重要的是挑戰意志力
挑戰自己堅持下去的力量
因為路很長,很累
很多人半途就放棄了
但是路就是這麼長
終點就在那
只要不停往目標前進
成功就是妳的
技巧上
跑馬拉松跑不動就用走的
上坡更是沒人在跑
走不快就走慢一點
堅持下去一定會到終點
我建議妳可以試試
