7/6開始跑步以來 
 
從2km到5km到10km 1:20
 
五個星期後的我已經可以10k/1:08了
 
可是過了10k之後的速度就會一直下降
 
是因為肌耐力撐不住嗎?
 
昨天的成績 10k 1:05 12.5k: 1:28
 
我該練間歇跑嗎?
 
我的目標在新竹半馬
 
接下來的練習計畫是每週三天,兩天10km,一天15km
 
這樣可以在三小時跑完嗎?
 
我都在高雄美術館跑,都會看到穿著越野馬拉松衣服的大叔
 
又不敢跟他聊XD
 
希望板友可以給我點意見囉~~
