10K一小時,半馬如何sub2 - 路跑 Road Running

各位版友(前輩)大家好, 如果術語或觀念有誤還請多多指教.
小弟175/66中等身材,
目標是下個月的貓狸山半馬sub2, 以下是一些資料:
週跑量: 20~35, 熬夜時會少跑一點
大概是10-10-10或10-10-15, 跑一休一
長度: 10.5(環校七圈)
均速: 5分半~6分(去頭去尾)(詳後說明)
路跑活動: 合歡超半馬, 三個半小時走完
(不過因為事前只練10K, 沒什麼參考價值)
巴里9K, 54分(配速配錯, 比平常10K還慢...)
首先要說明的是, 我是跑中央裡的公車路線, 不過是馬路的內側, 1.5KM/圈
扣除掉google map的歡樂因素, 均速大概是5:30~6:00,
同樣的速度, 10K不到一小時, 15K不到一個半小時(痛苦指數也還好)
我的月跑量, 目前極限可以加到160,
想請教大家, 就現況來說, 要怎麼練,
一個月後苗栗猫狸山半馬才能sub2?
還是洗洗睡比較快?
註: 請別炮轟我用google map測距, 本魯沒錢買智慧手機或GPS錶(淚)
