As part of the agreement, the Hornets have extended their lease through 2045, pa
ying a total of $32 million in rent over that period

Under the current deal, which expires at the end of the 2029-2030 season, the ci
ty is obligated to pay $173 million in renovations. In total, $215 million will
be spent on renovations, and the remaining $60 million will go toward the practi
ce facility.

市府也會出2.15億美金來更新球場設備

其中1.73億用來翻新主場+6000萬用在蓋新的訓練場館

訓練場館預計2027年能完工
