之前在學校打過兩年校隊後來韌帶斷掉沒繼續打
之前是176/78~82之間
現在是176/100...
最近感覺到常常很容易喘不過氣 因為都沒有運動
加上肥胖導致心包油 沒有體能
我不喜歡跑步 喜歡的運動就打球游泳
開始上班到現在5年了 摸籃球的次數不超20次
最近真的想找固定打球的球伴 全半場都可以 基本觀念應該都還有吧..
起碼有些朋友能督促我 或者約我打球 會比較想去打
還有我退步很多了 連投籃姿勢應該都有跑掉 順便矯正我一下吧XD
拜託高雄的朋友了...現在是28快30的人 健康堪憂阿
