我的髖關節很緊
一些跟大腿根部的活動有關的體位都做不好
像是 束角式、蝴蝶式
不過我學快兩年了耶
很多地方的柔軟度都有感到改善
唯有髖關節進步很少
有沒有人跟我一樣不擅長髖關節的呀?
你們怎麼改善呢?
