髕腱炎的應對方式請教 - 路跑 Road Running

本人173/66 接觸慢跑約八個月左右 每周固定跑5K兩次
最近下樓梯跟打籃球起跳的時候右膝下方會有痠痛感
有看醫生確定是髕腱炎 醫生跟我說多休息+吃消炎止痛
目前在家休養大概一個月了 這期間也暫停所有運動
打算在休養一個月不痛時開始做復健 請問跑友有什麼好的建議嗎?
