我上班時間為下午16:50~00:35.每天回到家整理休息一下.約零晨3點就寢(平均).睡到早上10點起床.以28歲的年紀.睡7小時應該夠了.問題來了.大概到下午1點又開始沒精神想睡覺了.(是體力不夠).還是習慣.平常沒啥運動.頂多放假打打球.平常就是很規律.凌晨3點睡覺.早上10點起床.下午1點又睡覺.下午2點起床.準備��
