體力與爆發力 - 拳擊 Boxing

跟各位請教,
因為想訓練體力,選擇慢跑方式。
但以前練田徑時,教練有告知,
長跑會影響到爆發力,原因是訓練到的肌肉群不同...
目前我都是跑10km,沒練短跑...
揮拳爆發力則是拉單槓跟伏地挺身拍掌。
是否可以修正的地方?
