NBA官方和樂天集團(勇士的贊助商)之前有宣布
將會在今年的 9月30日 和 10月2日 在日本的埼玉超級競技場
舉辦兩場NBA的海外熱身賽，參賽隊伍是 勇士 vs 巫師

雖然機率不高，但如果馬場雄大能夠在夏聯證明自己
並幫助自己打進勇士開季訓練營的20人大名單的話
那日本人將有機會在自己的祖國看到 八村 vs 馬場 的同袍對決
