常聽人家說要用腰力打球而不是上半身力量而已 擊球時我已經有刻意去轉腰 可是同學看我的動作覺得我只用到上半身力量 他說擊球時要有挺腰的感覺 這種形容還滿難體會的 有文筆比較生動的前輩們 可以敘述一下怎麼運用從蹬腳帶到扭腰的這環力量嗎 感謝各位不吝指教! - ...
