好像沒有看到韓職觀察家們PO這個消息

韓國職棒明年有"菜鳥洋將"薪資上限制度
薪水+簽約金+母隊買斷金+激勵獎金
不能超過一百萬美金

不過這只是限制在第一年來韓國的洋將
之後要續約的話就沒有這個薪資上限限制

至於會不會有球團偷偷玩暗盤？
如果被抓的的話會被罰大約88萬美金罰款
然後失去下球季選秀第一指名的資格
