事情是這樣的
平常我游泳的習慣是一週3次,狀況正常時,會游1小時15分到30分鐘,
速度維持在每半小時1000m(自由式),總共會游2500m上下
我的自由式是接近魚式那種,不過是我自己摸索出來的魚式,就是可以很輕鬆的游,
手部划水很輕鬆,五隻手指有時還會打開,腿部打水幾乎沒有水花,
只是維持平衡的那種,不會喘,所以才能用一樣的速度游很久。
偶而會和我一起游的老公一直虧我游得超級慢,根本沒有運動到的感覺,
只是游的時間比較久,運動效率不好......
今天他真的把我氣炸了,他說:我在水池裡面用走的都比你游得快。
我說怎麼可能!?我明明游得不算太慢吧(自我感覺良好?)
於是我們做了實驗,結果就是
他水中漫步和我自由式速度是一樣的.................
後來他有幫我調一下腳的姿勢,說是大腿要併攏,只能小腿打水,
不然我的泳姿會左右晃動,阻力比較大。
後來我壓抑著怒火嘗試大腿併攏小腿打水,
速度感受不到變化,但感覺得出來身體晃動的幅度明顯改善了,但代價就是很喘,
非常喘(可能是還不習慣)
我當然會很羨慕速度超快的女生,但速度真不好練,所以長久以來就是用慢游拉長距離,
請問我這樣的速度真的會慢到沒什麼運動效率?
或者這樣問好了,50分鐘游2000m,和75分鐘游2500,到底哪個比較好?
