最近跑步時覺得自己的大腿肌力不是很夠,
打算增加一些基本的身體訓練,
比如蹲坐、仰臥起坐、伏地挺身等,
另外也想要增加間歇和衝刺的跑步訓練。
但是之前穿alchemy跑過幾次間歇,
卻覺得鞋子有點重(這不是它的錯,畢竟人家是慢跑鞋),
不曉得大家除了慢跑以外,有人也有練習衝刺或間歇嗎?
你們是穿什麼鞋練習呢?
如果是穿mizuno的,可否推薦一下適合的鞋款?
