防守進步 - 排球

我在處理小球的時候常常容易緊張 搶球 接歪 接噴
接普通強度發球的時候10顆大概會噴3~4顆 視球的強度而定
平常練球打牆壁 我都至少能打到200 防守練習也接的還OK
但是為什麼一上場接發球 不是接太高 就是噴過去
打排球大約兩年了 自認攻擊打的還可以 但是防守卻不能看
請高手指點一下 我該怎麼加強呢
