最近跑步的次數多了,距離也慢慢拉長。
不知道是不是因為運動量變大,造成膝蓋關節的壓力也變大
總之感覺到身體開始發出小小的抗議,
有時候關節都會發出喀喀的聲音
請問大家有遇過類似的狀況嗎?
能不能建議我該怎麼處理,
看是飲食或是運動習慣需要調整呢
