關於跑步姿勢的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

上週完成了初半程超鐵113的挑戰
跑步這項實在慘不忍睹,只能用7分多速慢跑
右邊膝關節一直覺得腫脹緊繃
一直以來只要跑超過40分鐘的就會有相同感覺,然後就要休息兩三天才會恢復正常
賽後找照片發現原來是右腳拉起時腳尖都會朝外,就這樣一直扭轉膝關節才會緊繃

想問我該怎麼矯正右腳拉起的動作呢?
又或者該訓練哪一部分的肌群?
