關於莫耶斯 - 曼聯,曼徹斯特聯足球俱樂部 Manchester United Football Club

足球隊換教練對足球迷來講並不是一件陌生的事情，但是對我們這一代曼聯的球迷來說，
換帥這件事情，卻不是那麼的理所當然，因為一直以來有SAF在。

SAF並不是個完美的教練，面對一些球員或在更衣室裡也有許多爭議性的案例，不過SAF帶
給球隊的成就是不爭的事實，大多數球迷能夠尊重或接受SAF這些決定，因為他不需要再
證明了自己能給球隊帶來的成績及榮譽。

一個新帥上任，絕對需要足夠的時間及資源來做好他的工作。

不過最近多少歐洲球隊換了教練：曼城、切爾西、巴賽、皇馬、拜仁… 以上沒有一
位總教練能像Moyes這樣… 更別提到Moyes一直待在英超，不是從其他聯賽
來到曼聯當主帥，對英超球隊及英超比賽節奏都有一定的了解。今年曼聯幾乎已經篤定沒
有前四的機會了，一個這21年來聯賽戰績最差第三的球隊，現在在第七名？

在球隊宣布Moyes將接手曼聯時，我心裡想，到底為什麼是他？他做了什麼事情有資格從
SAF接手曼聯？慢慢地我看到了Moyes的優點，他的個性謙虛、內斂。他的個性我實在是相
當佩服，很少人能夠像他那樣，不管在什麼情況面對媒體，我認為他總是能夠handle得很
好..
直到客場輸給Stoke City (2-1)他賽後說出的: 'I don't know what we have to
do to win'

我簡直不敢相信他所說的... 他在開玩笑嗎?怎麼能夠講出這樣的話來?
剛好看到了資深球迷Ray對Moyes的看法:

“You look for some inspiration from your manager and he is stood there with
his hands in his pockets. He hasn’t got a Scooby Doo what he’s doing.”

“I was here when Matt Busby stepped down and they did exactly the same
thing. They brought a guy in, Wilf McGuinness.
‘18 months later they had to run Wilf McGuinness out of town.

But four years after that, United were in the second division.

‘And this guy is doing exactly the same thing, he’s ripped the heart out of
it, he’s ripped the soul out of it, he’s ripped the passion out of the team.

‘We should have had (Jose) Mourinho. Mourinho would have walked in and said
‘I’m here’. Like Eric Cantona who arrived and went ‘I’m here, I belong
here.’ This fella doesn’t believe he belongs here, and he doesn’t.

‘I wouldn’t mind if you could see that he had a plan. If you could see that
he made a change and we looked better, but he never made one change that
improved us. His tactics and his team from the start was bobbins. We were so
easy to play against.

‘It is Stone Age football this guy is playing.’

Moyes到底做了哪些事情讓自己覺得所有事情都做了，然後成績還是不好？
站在Sideline邊幫忙撿出界的球.. 調度完全不合理、莫名的堅持無效的戰術...

Don't know what to do to win? Clearly he is just not good enough for United.
He might be a good coach elsewhere, but he does not meet United’s standard.
Not even close.
