關於脛骨疲勞性骨折(壓力性骨折) - 路跑 Road Running

如題,
過去最頻繁的跑步經驗只有當兵時期,
幾乎天天跑,早三晚五。
部隊裡其實沒人盯,單純是為了興趣跟維持體能。
開始工作後雖斷斷續續有在運動,
但已經很少跑步了。
五月時驚覺腰圍正開始不斷擴展勢力,
才又興起跑步的念頭。
從一開始的1K,慢慢進展到目前的假日偶爾10K;
正常規劃是一週四至五天,每次5-7K,
九月份的週跑量都維持在30K上下,
地點多數在松山田徑/暖身場,
跑速6.5-7分。
現在雙腳脛骨的狀況是在800-1000M時會出現明顯疼痛感,
落地時痛感較強,
位置約在下端往上1/3-1/2處,
若不管它繼續跑,大約在3-4K時痛感會較不明顯,
似乎是因為痛覺疲乏的關係?
跑完後會有明顯壓痛感,走路時會感到些微不舒服。
休息 12-24hr後(隔天),走路時已經不再感到不適,
但觸壓仍會有痛感。
原本有爬了些資料跟訓練計劃想衝年底富邦半馬,
但脛骨的的狀況讓我有些憂心,
請問我這算是壓力性骨折嗎?
是否要先去找醫生報道,還是逐步加強(調整?)訓練內容就可以改善問題?
原波目前身高173cm,
體重從5月的74kg降到目前69-70kg之間。
應該不必擔心過重。
