之前聽說多練習揮空棒有助於打擊能力
請問已初學者而言
大概一個晚上要揮多少次呢??
就單純揮棒就好了媽??
請問還有有沒有捨麼需要注意的??
昨天我有練習揮個100下
但是這樣土法煉鋼是OK的媽??
還有
聽說可以用寶特瓶裝水做簡單的重量訓練
請問要如何練習??
有沒有網站或是文章可以交?
