聽說睡午覺時間大約15到30分鐘最好,可是對我來說如果只睡這段時間的話,下午都會昏昏沉沉的,到了5點又會想要繼續睡....,怎麼樣才能讓我在5點那段時間不會想睡以及我是否要增加午睡時間?
