小女子已經滿30歲,身高158公分
在20幾歲的時候是一個瘦子,怎麼吃都吃不胖(大概在45-47間徘徊)
無奈去年進了醫院工作後,每天一杯含糖飲料的結果....
體重胖到了52公斤...
因為之前曾經是游泳校隊的,首先想到的減肥方式就是游泳
從五月開始我慢慢回到了之前游泳的強度
目前是每天都會游2000-2500m
2000公尺大概45分鐘內可以游完(不間斷)
這三個月我也戒掉含糖飲料和一些炸的食物,其他飲食則是跟之前一樣
這樣就瘦到了49 體脂也從原本的30>27
但是我覺得屁股大腿那邊的肉一直消不下去,體脂最近也呈現停滯的趨勢了
想請問我這樣的強度是否還要再加強? 目前是希望體脂能到25左右
還是說我一定要再加點重訓呢?
因為目前住的地方沒有好的健身房....
光靠游泳很難達成!?
有人能夠給我點意見嘛!? 謝謝
