我是身高177cm體重100kg的高一男生,我想減肥,因為下學期就有游泳課,因為胖的緣故胸部比較大..........不想就這樣脫衣見人,雖然知道減肥對這不能完全有效,但至少有些效果於是我上網查了一段時間,發現有人說只要7700大卡,人就可以胖或瘦1kg然後他又說人一天所需熱量是50*體重(大卡)例如:我1
