常常聽到朋友說有氧老師的體態怎麼沒怎樣怎樣
簡單來說就是體態應該像運動員或健身教練那樣
但單純跳有氧,本來就不容易變瘦不是?
重點在於提升活動度、心肺、肌耐力、柔軟度、平衡吧?
