關於慢跑與膝蓋受傷的問題 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩好 小弟從開始慢跑到現在也差不多一年多了
身高184cm 體重從125kg降到約105kg
跑量方面 每天約6~8km 周跑量40~45km間
大約固定7km/40分鐘 另外每天還有重量訓練30分鐘的習慣
跑到現在 沒受過傷
最近為了要進步開始爬文 因為想將每天跑量拉長
我的疑問是若跑量拉長 我的體重 膝蓋是否能負荷
因為現在的量還算游刃有餘
還是說應該沒關係 跑量跟跑的時間拉長 體重應該也會跟著掉
對膝蓋的負荷也降低
