關於冰熱敷 - 排球

打球的時候若不幸受傷了
毫無疑問的是先冰敷嘛~~
以往的說法是72小時內都先用冰敷
尤其是如果患部還有腫脹的情況時..更是切忌熱敷或推拿的動作
等兩三天過後..再開始熱敷或輕微推拿..
可是最近有聽說一種說法是冰熱敷交替(就是過了那72小時)
因為這陣子受傷..
醫生是對我說冰熱敷交替..**
一開始我以為他說的是指運動之後冰敷..一般時候熱敷的這種情況
就沒特別在意..
可後來卻是說 冰熱敷交替
請問版上有人聽說這樣子的方法嗎!?
又這樣子的方法會比較好或是有效嗎!?
