雖然我相信這裡病友應該不少,但還是分享一下自己的經驗,
我是在一次野場中沒熱身就上場,隊友投球沒進想直接飛進去補籃,落地姿勢不正確膝蓋過度伸直。
落地時清楚聽到啪的一聲從身體裡傳出來,然後自己用跳的加騎機車去急診。
前前後後約一年換過多個醫生都沒診斷出是ACL斷裂,直到去北榮給某位名醫看,馬上判定斷裂並排定手術。
手術半身麻醉取出膕繩肌腱一段作為新的ACL,並稍微修補半月板。

白白絲狀的就是重建的ACL。

術後穿支架加拐杖約3個月,然後復健約半年在醫生允許下開始自主投籃練習。
但真正可以打極度低強度的三三大概一年多以後的事情了。
很多人會問有沒有後遺症,我的狀況是有。
冬天膝蓋吹風容易痠,肌力退化跑跳對抗都變慢變糟。
但這都不是最大的後遺症。
最大的後遺症是心理啊
