開始跳拉丁幾個月來的心得 - 有氧運動 Aerobics

說幾個月,實在是因為記不得幾個月了 XD
這幾個月來,平均下來每個禮拜大概會上個兩堂的拉丁或JAM,
其實肢體上還是頗僵硬,
可是勒~要自己給自己讚美一下,
我有進步了耶~
從一開始只記得住兩個八拍,
到現在可以記得住一大串的動作,
有時候看看鏡子都會想:
"哇哩咧,鏡子裡面這位小姐,你怎麼知道再來要幹嘛的?!"
記有氧動作跟舞蹈動作非常不一樣,
有氧記個三組不是難事兒,可是舞蹈就...
不過,哇哈哈,這真的是可以練習的!
跳舞原來真是好玩哪!
