吐氣要很慢 全身放鬆 可以先試著不要划手
單純用腳(蛙腳或一般打水都可以) 兩手伸直
低頭看池底 身體不要亂紐動
以前鑑測的時候 助教建議的方法是
憋氣超過泳池一半(大概25公尺左右) 再開始吐氣 會比較好
氣要省著用(吐)
平潛的時候 放鬆游 往往比 緊張游 還來的 久 遠
