我今年體重79公斤身高171又碰到寒假+過年整個胖了4KG!!我想要減肥!!我每次都只想想,想完後又沒決心做。希望這次可以瘦下來˙!!!我早餐都吃飯糰或吐司+飲料午餐便當晚餐不一定宵夜有時候會吃!!!我很懶!!不肯出門運動,只會窩在家裡電腦桌前。希望有大大可以幫幫我!!我想瘦到70公斤以下還有盡量在家
