長泳速度關鍵 - 游泳討論

圓PO是游泳苦手QQ
只會自由式,
蛙式非常濫,只用來開放水域偶爾定位用。
自由式去年從1000M 1小時
到目前的1500M 約45分鐘
但就卡在這邊了,也很難再前進,
我的速度就是很平均的速度,
1000M也差不多在28分上下,
游的是三拍雙邊換氣的自由式。
腳沒有很常拼命踢水,都是推水時順勢隨便踢一下,
手就是自由推水,想到的時候會注意延伸,
常常放空(距離一長速度就跑掉)
游過一次2500M 1小時12分
其他都因為趕上班游個1500M收工
用力推水或拼命踢水感覺就會很喘><
所以一直都很少這樣拼命,
因為不是只游個50或100阿
還是說這樣不喘的游自由式其實不太正確
應該要練習時都練到喘才正常?
(像跑步我就可以允許自己很喘)
或是要練游泳LDS 偶爾游個2500 3000之類的!?
因為這個時間真的卡太久了,怎麼游都這時間,
感覺一定有什麼關鍵我沒注意了或練習方式錯誤><
