長榮半馬以及Nike+誤差 - 路跑 Road Running

去年在朋友慫恿下
在平常最多只跑10K左右的狀況下報了第一次半馬
由於不知道怎麼準備
第一次在15K開始腳掌痛以及
開始痛之後就吃吃喝喝的狀況下
慢跑慢走的回到終點 以2小時45左右完賽
今年朋友一樣慫恿 想要進步一點 無痛完賽是願望
從前三個月開始跑/練習 單月最多80K吧
就第一週5K 第二週6K 第三週7K這樣跑到10K
中途只有一次跑去台北田徑場跑了12K當做長距離
都以6分速為主在配速
總算等到了 比賽當天
跟去年相比 今年天氣適合很多 (是個人感覺)
如果有想要破pb的跑友們 昨天應該都很大機會破
5:20起跑 真正感覺有太陽出現 是大約7點出頭了
一路上就按照自己身體感覺去跑 也沒有去算大約幾分速
路途中 最有印象的是進到水門 莫約10K吧
迎面而來的DISCOVERY字標配上 剛探出頭的太陽
讓有些跑者停步下來拍照 很美很漂亮
跑到15K喝了一杯運動飲料 吐掉 (算騙身體嘛)
總之 不想讓腳停下來 怕抬不起來
跑到18K之後 才貪心的拿了一杯RED BULL
看的最後19 20 21K 直到越過終點 總算是達成無痛完賽
成績也算對得起自己 2:08多一點
但是 就是這個但是
Nike+也差太多 自從最後一次IOS更新之後
所有的里程都要打8折
真是讓人覺得....
想借此請問 有沒有跑者前輩知道怎麼改善或是乾脆放棄這APP呢
