昨天重訓一個小時
今天剛開始游自由式 划手後要抬手有點困難 肌肉會痛
但大概勉強自己游了500m之後
發現抬手不會痛 也越游越順暢
其實蠻困惑的 怎麼會這樣
是因為把痠痛的肌肉拉開了嗎?
不知道大家也有這樣的經驗嗎? 謝謝
