看到大聯盟那些厲害的選手
不外乎就是手臂強壯
臀部肌肉強健又好看
不禁讓我心癢癢
肌肉的強健大概都知道要怎麼做
但是臀部的部分呢?
是多慢跑嗎?
臀部的肌肉可以影響到打擊的威力是吧?
那要怎麼訓練咧?
BTW
順便問一下重訓要練哪些部位好了
因為我們系壘沒有重訓
而我就照著系籃的重訓去做
覺得不太好
所以就請問各位大大有什麼建議吧~
