借題發揮一下
請問蛙式要怎麼樣游才不會傷膝蓋呢?!
或者說...
我現在游的時候,膝蓋後側 內部的筋,在踢夾的時候總是不太舒服
膝蓋前的臏骨偶爾也會喀拉喀拉XDDD (好驚人)
這樣的問題是犯了什麼毛病嗎?
