請問有在運動的大大們我本身一個禮拜有固定會去游泳或是伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐等等...(沒去健身房)大概有5天運動(每次1個小時左右)我身高175公分65公斤想說有在運動想去買健身的乳清蛋白喝看能不能讓自己運動後變壯點本身有線條只是肉有點不夠因為我沒有說像健身花好幾個小時只是單純平常運
