小弟本身喜愛打羽球...也常參加比賽...如果比賽的場數較多時...汗水流失也超多...總會感到體力不支...除了大量補充水分(礦泉水..運動飲料)..但是還是會感到"無力"...請問...在這種情形下...有哪些食物或飲料可以補充體力.....感謝不吝解說...Showmore
