請問每晚都沒有吃晚餐每晚都會打籃球加跑步回來洗澡完再做仰臥起做跟舉啞鈴目前運動完頂多就是喝水或輕淨美茶(0熱量0蛋白質0酯房)有聽人家說運動完喝低旨或脫旨牛奶會加強肌肉而且不會胖也沒有副作用是這樣嗎?如果是7-11超商買那一個品牌最好?低旨跟脫旨那一個比較適合?二者差別?仰握起做跟舉
