瑜珈新手
練習瑜珈約一周2~3次
但不知是用錯力氣還是哪出問題?
有越練越壯感受
洗澡時看到原本細長上手臂變更肥厚(有蝴蝶袖),
身形本來扁身卻開始變圓身
以往身材最不用擔心就是腹部一直平坦
但最近二個月來腹部好像吹氣球
想請教是我哪練錯了嗎?
我知道想瘦身是要靠有氧,所以沒想用瑜珈瘦身但也不想身材變差
而我練瑜珈是想練柔軟度和呼吸
我想應該是我哪裡練習錯了
不知有人能指點迷津嘛?
因身高170 體重55 骨架大的身形XL
所以實在不想變壯會很可怕
另一半177 都只穿M號窄版
基本上不能胖...
