我是先學會仰式,才會自由式的。
2010年的游泳心得→
01 日游三千,最慢1hr游完。
02 吃完東西最快兩小時後,而且當天一定要ㄣˋㄣˋ完,才可以下水游。
03 游泳的過程中唯一可能用力的只有大腿。
04 腳趾反扣,預防小腿抽筋。
05 向前拋臂的時候用翅膀的部位,必要的時候帶點左右腰力。
06 腰部一直被扶的高高的。
07 手臂向前時,整個人是往前刺出去的。很像屁股被推一把。
08 划手、推水絕少用到臂力。﹙因為我肌無力,用了也是白費力氣﹚
09 水下換氣。除了偷看前方有沒有人,大部份是收下巴游。
10 換氣的時候是烤pig的方式,絕不用到頸子的力量﹙因為頸子開過刀﹚
11 打水看心情,高興的時候一個划手打水三次,不高興的時候就兩拍式的打水
12 轉身的時候只用腰力,肚子會貼大腿﹙岸上前彎時,身體本來就能貼到。因腿短。﹚
13 吐氣很長,維持兩三個划手,吸氣不能超過0.3~0.5秒。很少悶氣。
14 每一趟練的部位都不一樣,一直讓其它部位延伸或休息。
15 如遇比賽的練習,不管那個水道,不讓前面有人。
16 我不會摸別人的腳。摸到我的腳有幾種可能→選手、校隊、短距、穿蛙鞋、失戀的。
17 游完泳不能也不會喘。如果喘,立刻韻律呼吸排除狀況。
18 游泳中如果吃到水,就吞下去; 嗆到的話,在動作過程中解決,立即排除狀況。
19 游泳的目的是為了維持體型。求順、求美,反正最後才求快。
20 只在五十米池游。因為有一次游仰式分心沒算划數,結果碰到池邊後看到很多星星。
21 不管游泳前如何,游完泳心情總是非常非常好,而且可以飆高音。
22 其他。
