速度與效率 - 游泳討論

各位高手您們好 這次又來問問題了 還請各位多多指教
目前在學校游泳池待了一些時間 也逐漸習慣了
不過看了版上的討論還是有些疑義 故再次請教大家
標準池(深水)跟一般池(淺水)的速度請益
爬文看前面的討論 有提到深水與淺水速度的差異
但深水較快還是淺水較快 牽涉到到抓水與推水效率 爬文似乎兩種說法都有
不過就我個人測速 菜單相同下長池確實比短池速度慢 長池也比短池費力
但是測速時期不同(因為開學到現在都沒測短池了) 怕還是有缺陷
所以這部分請益各位高手們到底真相是?
只是可以確定在長池可以比短池更加鍛鍊各部分動作的精確與流暢度
划手效率與換氣次數請益
我只是喜歡游泳的素人 不是游泳隊的高手
想說要發問所以週三測了一次速度 沒有精準算到秒 只是概略估一下時間
性別:女 年齡:28歲 身高:166cm
菜單:1000m捷 標準池30min(無間斷)
菜單:2000m捷 標準池63min(就1000m的時候停下來看時間後繼續 其餘無間斷)
換氣數:單程50m需要20~21次 3划1換 左右次數均等
划手數:單程50m需要60~63次
不知道效率的部分還有什麼方式可以改進?爬過版上的文章 這樣的效率似乎還是太差
手勢動作我是採用 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHECXg5tz3g 的形式
但是打水的頻率沒有那麼高 速度應該也沒有那麼快
或者也許最後衝刺的500m有 但是無法2000m全程踢水都那麼快速
除非當天就預定好要只要測速1000m才會全程都會留意
很抱歉因為我都是自己去也沒有攝影機 所以沒有辦法提供影片=_=
速度與滾轉請益
目前採用推壁式轉身 之前想要嘗試自修滾轉 但是執行上有碰到一些問題
1. 原地靜止時 並且沒有外力輔助 似乎因沒有一定的速度會無法直接練習原地轉
2. 或是持續前進但速度不夠快 到池邊要轉身的時候卻沒有足夠順勢的動力
請益各位高手是否需要先買浮條才能練習 還是一定得要請教練實際教學?
另滾轉所需的體力是不是遠超過於推壁轉身呢?
我卡在到池邊時候沒有辦法特意加速 讓身體有足夠的轉動慣量這樣
另詢問推壁轉身是否需要兩側都熟練才行呢?
因為目前的水道都是右去左回 當初只有學會朝向右邊轉 順便偵測右側水道是否有人
是不是大家兩邊都很流暢 左右都順手呢?只會轉單邊是不是還是不足夠?
問題有點雜 若表達不夠清楚 請多見諒 還請各位高手們不吝指教 謝謝大家
