我現在下午差不多4點15分那或20分會ㄑ運動!(一ㄍ禮拜都5天固定ㄑ運動)而我ㄉ運動方法先跑籃球場5圈然後走路走2圈再跑5圈再走2圈接下來我就拿著籃球自己一ㄍ人在那裡打而我都是用上籃來運動因為有跑有跳...就這樣差不多到5點或者5點10幾分那我就休息了...晚上睡覺前一定會做仰臥起坐現在已經做到62
