這是我的減肥方法,這樣會瘦嗎?我7點或8點以後就不吃東西了,但7點前什麼東西都吃,例如:飲料。我只有上体育課兩節得時間大概是90分鐘可以運動,還有我每天都騎腳踏車去上課。可以幫我介紹有效的減肥方法嗎?<除了吃減肥藥和吃減肥餐的建議都可以>因為我做不到。
