我是要升國二生我每天洗澡前都會先搖呼拉圈跳繩各200下晚上踩空中腳踏車然後跳少時的舞(睡前)睡前10分鐘再抬腳我一個星期還會抽空兩天去快走半小時但最近看得一本書書內容是睡前2小時不可做激烈運動不然會胖是真的嗎我每次跳完少時的舞都滿頭大汗1.但之後都沒吃東西還會變胖嗎?2.我跳繩地次數
