我62公斤了,而且又不高。以前的腰身都不见了,大腿和屁股都很胖,牢固都会半开玩笑的说我胖。2天前我开始减肥,早餐支持半碗的不加任何调配料的麦片,中午不吃,晚上吃一小碗的米饭和一碗汤。每天我都喝每朝健康绿茶。现在我都早早起床梳洗后在床上坐仰卧起坐20至30下,适应后我会慢慢增加
