身體太過放鬆 - 羽球

本身有拿球拍運動的底子,
羽球打了打,最近在錄影裡發現,
於準備動作中,身體是整個放鬆的狀態,
打球是不會接不到球,
防守殺球處理吊球也都可以找機會分球,
但覺得身體如果再緊繃點,或許球技能再進步,
故請益是否有讓身體出力點的方式訓練
