跳的時候感覺大腿沒力... - 排球

有爬文過,
但好像對於大腿肌的問題比較少?
如題,
前幾天的周末操了兩天的比賽,
結果第二天下午打到大腿整個抽筋...
(就是內側靠近膝蓋的那一大塊)
雖然已經休息三天沒打球了,
但是今天跳起的時候整個很沒力...
請問該怎麼做比較容易恢復肌力?
