路跑新手 想請益如何進步到10km 50分 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩 大家好
小弟是路跑新手 大概4月才開始跑
我177cm / 78kg / 體脂23
六月的月跑量 83KM
平常大概是一禮拜跑4次 每次5km這樣
目前5km最快25:48, 大部分都可以在28~32分之間跑完
想請問各位前輩 如果我想要進步到10km 50分內跑完 接下來該如何練?
1. 減重 減輕身體負擔 (大概要減到幾KG會比較好?)
2. 慢慢把距離再往上加 先不求快 繼續維持6分速跑
3. 繼續練5km 練到24分跑完, 之後再加距離
4. 一個禮拜跑一次LSD
另外想請問一下 新竹有6分速左右的路跑團嗎? XD
我平常都自己在關新公園附近跑
最近想找人一起跑
如果有人也在新竹的可以揪一下XD 謝謝!
