跑身體健康的訓練量 - 路跑 Road Running

各位前輩大家好 請原諒小弟來問個蠢問題
小弟年齡33身高約170體重約50屬BMI過低身材
二年前練跑時是有想過跑半馬與全馬賽的
因此一周都大約二至三趟的10K用6分速跑
但久了也就懶了的放棄參賽的念頭
現在都跑身體健康的5K或7.5K或10K的看當下狀態跑
請問如果小弟只是要跑身體健康的話
是不是只要一周跑個三趟各30分鐘左右即可(5K)
